Primary care crisis increasing in US government many Americans live with primary care shortage that made problem for access to primary care. due to less health insurance coverage and high and rising health care costs made this crisis, shortgae in the primary care practitioner, inadequate workforce to patient to access primary care increased the primary care crisis for US population. Social impact of primary care crisis mainly due to primary care physiican overwhelmed schedule, inefficient pwrok environment, poor administrative task, decline in patient-phyician interaction that made it high complex issues for primary care. economis impact for community to access to primary care fr better service it has worse health care service. state government less involvement in primary care made the primary careless access. due to lack of health care insurance and Medicaid care people in the community can not access primary care and there is geographic maldistribution of primary care practitioners. Primary care access impact with multiple factors like primary care practitioner shortage, geographic maldistribution, organization issues for primary care practice, poor reimbursement rates, and high operating costs made many physicians to accept less medicare and Medicaid patients.
