Internal stakeholders are the one who works to grow the business & secure overall internal activities of the company.
Advantages:-
1. Stakeholder has business experience:- stakeholder ( individual) has the experience to improve & develop the business by playing the role of managing & developing the important relationship, setting the plans to execute well.
2. Stakeholder has Business awareness: company need the expertise to give guidance when there are critical situations( complications) within the company, they need someone( individual) to deal with the happenings which lead to benefits for the company.
Disadvantages:-
1. Stakeholders think for own benefits:- an individual who has the power to face all the activities of the internal company, when there is an issue of financial status ( money terms), the potential that makes the person change his views towards the business.
