Mission statement is for to present the idea of the long term impact of the program that is associated with tcollection of data during social and epidemiological assessment in the precede model.Mission statement contain detailed information on philosophical underpinnings and for purpose of program.It includes brief introduction and philosophy description.Mission statement is used for planning and decision making regarding program activities and for assessment.
Program goals is developed when the mission statement was finalized.Goals should be written and it is not measurable because of lack of specific assessment.It can usually seen in quantified statement for future condition.Examples for goals is decrease the cardiovascular morbidity and mortality rate in women.
Program objectives that deals with social and epidemiological phases of precede and measure the result. It mainly deals on the health change like mortality,morbidity and quality of life.
