Assess the key functions of the staff and the role of them in the organisation in accordance with the standards and policy of it.

The organisation should respond in favor of the employees in an optimistic way and assuring them the necessary changes will be implemented at the earliest.

b.Some of the different ways of implementing an initiative are as following

  • Provide continuous education program
  • A support system has to be there to address the complaints and rectify it.
  • A good communication will enable break any inconvenience
  • Involving employees in decision making and trying to work towards the goal
  • Remove the barriers encountered bybthe staffs
  • Have proper follow up
  • Evaluate the progress
  • Reward the employees for better performance and outcomes
