*Community health programs should address different cultures,because cultural competence will be developed by the opene minded awareness of experiences and respect for cultural differences.
*A cultural assessment includes the systematic way of identifying their values,beliefs and behaviours of people while considering their history,background,religious preferences,food preferences,family pattern ,eating pattern and health policies.
*Failuure to provide culturally competent care leads to lack of understanding and productivity or influence on them.
*While working in community,we need to convence the people through giving value to their cultural behaviour,so that we can gain their confidence and cooperation in that community program successfully.
*We must have cultural diversity care in language support assistance services,transilators for education on patient bill of Rights in order to get complete community involvement and acceptance of services which results in achievement of community health program goals.
