1.Meditation : daily meditation can reduce the stress level of individual. meditation provide calmness to the mind and also to reduce burnout situations. meditation improves the mind strength and it boost energy leve;
2.Track stressor: identify which situation can create stress in the individual,and try to sort those situations befor it hits.
3. Try to say NO: if a situation rises to say No. then boldly move out from that rather than taking the situation in hands and getting in to stress
4. Good sleep food and support also a well stress busters
