Disclosing the secrets of the company, its projects and the products design and formula would be very annoying for the employer. The competitors could take advantages of all these information about the company and its product and strategies.
The employer could take serious action against the employee which could include legal actions. The company would not allow much of the employees to get involve in the development and growth of the company’s product. The seniors would not allow much information to be passed-on to the juniors. The involved employee in all such activities of sharing information could send-off to home and he loses his/her job.
