ANSWER :

2)Option A - Rebound bradycardia.

Physostigmine inhibits cholinesterase enzyme.
Effects of physostigmine when given in Tricyclic antidepressants
toxicity :
- Reduces mean arterial pressure

causes hypotension and asystole
- Can cause generalized seizures , excessive salivation etc.
So, Physostigmine is not used in TCA toxicity when the client is

- It is a Benzodiazepine analogue ,so it attaches to the GABA
