In the present day scenario, environmental regulations and protection is a big debate. Over years the human race has caused major harms to the environment. In recent past especially, the rate of destruction and exploitation to the environment has increased tremendously with continuous shifting of focus from manual to machinaries , not keeping it environment friendly anymore. Current day big organizations like UN , which interlinks all major counties , has pumped in major finance in order to navigate and flourish the conversation of protecting the environment. Hence it is a rather common finding nowadays , that countries are imposing more strict policies and standards for the working businesses.

The implications of such rules has both positive and negative impacts for the businesses. The positives are , the conversation is considering environment as a priority , the projects that take off are sustainable and most importantly there is a conscious decision in harmonising growth and protection if the environment.

The negatives involves high costing and the new business may not be as acquainted with the policy restrictions and hence keep businesses with potential out of the market .

But at the end of the day , sustainability is the road which is definitive of good results even if the cost is high in the present.
