What is the difference between private and public law? What is the difference between secular law and sacred law? Explain and give examples for each question. How far back can law be traced and what documents were used as legal examples?

Sacred law: It is the law or rules which are followed by particular religion which has those religious texts. These law is followed by a particular group who are following that religion
Ex: In Churches we see that there will be a priest which is a sacred practice followed by people from generations
Secular law: It is the state law where all religions are equal before law.
Ex: States will not support any religion so they will take action basing on it.
c)
Law can be traced till it is framed and the legal documents we can use is the law book which have all the sections or any specific cases which are given judgements under certain sections if we want to know which section is applicable for that case.
Mostly law book will be used as legal document for reference as they give judgements basing on that book.
