1.Breakfast;try to eat healthy carbs which digest slowly and make you feel full for a longer time,includes wholegrains,beans,vegetables..Consume foods rich in antioxidants or items helps to immunity like butter milk,lemon juice,dry fruits like almond,walnuts,pumpkinseeds,,ground nuts can be included..Bread items like corn tortillas,whole grain English muffins,bagels,breads,wraps,frozen whole wheat waffles can be given.
2.Lunch-Grains like instant oatmeal,quick cooking pasta,frozen brown rice,couscous,refrigerated pizza crust are favourable.Vegetable includes sturdy fresh veggies(celery,broccoli,onions,potatoes),plain frozen,low sodium canned,sun dried.
3.dinner-frozen dinners are advised which are rich in sodium,fat and calories.Fresh ,canned,shelf stable packaged milk should be used.
