in obese adults, does change in dietary behavior as compared to combined dietary change and increased physical activity result in significant loss of weight within 12 months? In this kind of research question who could be the stakeholder and what are the foreseeable problems?
Answer: Dietary behavior is the routine diet that is taking by the individual. If there is a change in their eating behavior which is followed every day then it will help in reduction of weight. Most of the people are obese because they are not uncontrollable about their eating habits or dietary behavior. Changes in dietary behavior can easily help to reduce the weight without going to a health care institute by properly controlling the diet to consume every at locally available food. In a combined diet, many food combines an eat, this does not scientifically prove that it helps in weight loss. An increase in physical activities burns the fat and helps in the reduction of weight only after following a strict diet, not by a combined diet. So there will be significant weight loss within 12 months if there in changes in dietary behavior as compared to combined dietary and increase physical activities.
In this kind of research question, the community is the stakeholder. In this, the community itself have to control obesity by giving various kind of programs or awareness on diet management or change in behavior diet of the community people to prevent obesity or to reduce the weight. They can use the various locally available food items and change the behavior dietary.
The foreseeable problem is the lack of knowledge regarding how to conduct the programme, sources available diet, how to select the diet, lack of guidance from the health care workers leads to a challenge to the community while try to prevent obesity. Financial factors also plays a important role. If no money it will be difficult to perform or follow the change in dietary behavior.
