1. Presbyopia: is the vision disorder characterized by the long-sightedness due to loss of elasticity in the lens of eye. It is more prevalence in the middle as well as old age.
Hyperopia is also known as farsightedness, a vision problem in which a person feels more comfortable to see things or objects which are far way rather than the closer one. The convex lenses are used to correct this problem of the eyes.
Myopia: it is referred as nearsighted, a vision problem in which a person feels more comfortable to see things or objects which are closer rather than the far way. The concave lenses are used to correct this problem of the eyes.
2. Cranial nerves II assesses eye function covering the optic or visual activity/
Cranial nervesVIII assesses acoustic function, covering Hearing and vestibular functioning.
3. Rinne test: this is the primary test to assess the loss of hearing in patient as it evaluates the conductive hearing loss as it compares the perception of the sound waves transmitted by the conduction of air conduction with those which are transmitted by bone conduction via the mastoid.
Weber test: It’s a test for the screening of the hearing disorder with the help of tuning fork. This test detects the unilateral conductive hearing loss.
