Strange disorder means people think that they're dead.suffered from condition known as strange disorder. Another name is called cotard's syndrome.

Doing history collection patient have dexpression mood,frequently change mood,personality, personal habits or social withdrawal and unfocused face.

Patient believe they have lost organs, blood or body parts.

Nihilistic delusion present. Sense that everything is unreal.

Delusions interpret of the pathology sensation experience by patients suffering from common anxious melancholia.

Impairement of right hemisphere leading to perceptual and somaticsensory feeling of unreality which coupled with reasoning impairement an internalised attributions style in turn to belief of non existence.

Computed tomographic images should dilatation of the lateral and third ventricles .magnetic resonance imaging revealed central atrophy and lateral ventricle dilatation. Single photo emission .Computed tomography demonstrated left temporal ,left frontal and left parietal hypoperfusion. Lesions of left hemisphere.

Treatment; antipsychiatric drug

Electroconvulsive therapy
