Blue- Collar workers are adopted to the traditional/ general method of working. They should undergo the training process of CIM to enhance new skills that can improve the production, reduce the time spent and reduce production costs.
Adapting to the latest technology in the environment helps them to easily compete with their peers in the industry.
Effect of CIM on the future job advancement:
CIM will helps workers to focus on important tasks by eliminating the unnecessary tasks. When workers are comfortable with the CIM then it will create better employment opportunities to them in the future.
