It provides recommendations for the planning process, and steops to monitor, evaluate and update the plan on regular basis. The implementation matrix identifies the action items, key tasks, time frames, responsible departments and offices and preliminary budget implications. This helps to keep a track of the progress towards implementing the each actions in a program.
