The competitive advantage this type of production provides can be considered to be lower production cost, higher efficiency and a higher number of products manufactured when compared to the competition or other markets. The upside to such a production can be considered to be production efficiency, high production at cheaper prices and systematic production which reduces wastage and other variables. While the downside to this could be the working conditions of the individuals that work at the site as well as the stability of the structure when the economy of the country is considered.

The social impact that it could have on the community would include the people and their thoughts on the environmental degradation that such a production facility might cause. Also, they might respond well to the business that this brings to the country and how it contributes to the GDP. In order to operate a production should take into account the following points in order to gain favourable standing in the eyes of the people.
