Ethan is 8 years old boy and is recently recovering from car accident where he lost his right lower limb. His emotional and physical well-being is a concern for his parents and they are bringing him to the centre to work with you to build his confidence. He has anxiety about travelling in a car and returning to school. His mum and dad are struggling to manage his feelings and outburst of anger. He does have two siblings and he is distancing himself from them has he is frustrated he cannot run around with them.

Client 2: Linda Pearson

Linda is 55 year old women who had a stroke that caused partial blindness to her left eye. She is currently undergoing treatment plan to train her visual stretch and exercise to help her improve her vision. She has been referred to your centre for support with hazard perception (e.g. how she moves around the environment). You are also supporting the family to help them understand where Linda comes from and how they can help around her living environment.

1)The nurse she should provide support and education to the family ,how to provide care for the patient in this situationFor this both situation two persons are in same situation because they lost one of the important thing from the body and it should make them to limitations in doing the things ,so it will make them anger, anxious and depression .In this situation family should give care according to his emotions and physical inability.Empathy,care them with empathy means should understand and share their feelings.Care with gentlness, in personal care it is not enough to simply be physically gentle but also exhibit emotional gentlness towards the patient to feel confort.Respect,have to give respect to them,have to take care according to their personal preference.during the care we have to provide privacy.Sensitive;They should be more sensitive during this time and should be sensitive to them.Non judgemental;don't criticize their side.

_Caring patients with any impairment is difficult,but by providing support and education we can give confidence to the care givers and also for the patients.Daily doing of activities will make themselves to do better ,for this we can practice them to do the things it will make them perfect and families support will give confidence and emotional support.
