The Healthcare financial systems success depend on the four segments ie 1. The original records · 2. The information system ·3. The account system · 4. The reporting system,. The complexity of these systems always depend on different type of organization.

The original record: The original records are the records which will specify that some event has happend as example when a patient will have some problem, he/she will provide some evidence in terms of medical records or past medical records.

The information system: The information system will start when the patient will come or call for a doctor appointment or admission. When the appointment is made, all the patient information including personal, medical, and demographic data will be varified by a healthcare care professional and will be sent to the billing department. The process can be automated or semi-automated. All the medical and financial record will be fed to the system.

The account system: The account system will do mapping of the records as per their customized classification. They will verify all the records. Theit chart of account will reflect the unique code.

The reporting system: The reporting system will keep a records of the transaction. Whenever the transaction occurs the reporting system process start.
