1.The principal of justice states that there should be an element of fairness in all medical decision: fairness in decisions that burden and benefit, as well as equal distribution of scarce resources and new treatments and for medical practitioner to uphold applicable laws and legislation when making choice.
2.Justice in health care states that there should be element of fairness in all medical decisions.It uplifts the equality for all on treatment and providing resources.
3.Beneficence: the principle states that health care providers must do their maximum to do good for their patients.Each patients should be considered individually and do what favour each cases. For that the health care provider should have efficient knowledge and skill experience.
Non maleficence:it is " to do no harm"
The medical practitioner should consider before taking a decision whether it will harm anyone even though it is beneficial to someone else.Hence it is the end goal for a medical practitioner's decision.
