Best team experience:
According to Hill’s Model for Team Leadership a leader will take action when there is weakness or problem in the working of the team, and if there is no problem, then he will just monitor the team.
Similar situation happened with me when I was in school, we were given a project and were asked to work in teams. Each team was monitored by the teacher (leader). Some teams where working efficiently so she did not interfere and continue to monitor it but in some teams there was conflicts among the members, then the teacher analyzed the cause kf conflict and solved it so that members of the team could work efficiently.
Worst team experience:
According to Hill’s Model for Team Leadership sometimes all the decisions are taken by the leader.
Similar situation happened with me in an organization in which I was working. The manager used to take decisions all by himself without considering or discussing with the employees. He himself analyzed the situation and took actions without explaining the reason behind thode actions. When manager takes actions without considering his employees, employees get discouraged.
