Obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases are the leading non communicable health problem faced by the human in now a days. Those three diseases are interconnected. Due to the obesity and diabetes cardiovascular diseases arise.
Sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercises, family history and unhealth diet are the some triggering factors of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
Obesity is the condition oin which increased body mass index due to cogenital causes, lack of exercise, unhealthy lifestyle data etc. People included in the high economic category are more prone to obesity due to their fatty diet. To avoid this condition we should maintain proper dietary management, do exercises etc.
Diabetes is the condition in which increased blood glucose level due to lack or altered functioning of insulin. This will lead to major conditions such as heart diseases, nephropathy, etc. Proper management is needed to avoid complications. Lifestyle and herditary factors contribute diabetes. Tehre are type1 and type 2 diabetes are present. Type 1 means the diabetes due to the lack of insulin production in the body. Type 2 means inactivity of the insulin. There is another type called gestational diabetes which occur during the pregnancy period. Proper dietary management and insulin as well as antidiabetes drug administration are needed to contol diabetes.
Cardiovascular diseases are common in now a days. This are the group of diseases assosiated with heart and capillaries. Coronary artery diseases, arrythimas, congenital heart diseases, peripheral artery diseases, mayocardial infraction etc. are came under the cardiovascular diseases. There are surgical and medical managements are present to treat the cardiovascular diseases. Proper health checkup and lifestyle modification is needed to prevent such type of diseases.
