Introduction
The topic of the analytical report is to determine seasonal affective disorder among international students in Canada during the winter season. Due to this disorder, overseas students suffered from various problems like depression, anxiety, and mood problems. The occurrence of this disease prevents them from getting good grades and they face difficulty in adjusting the new Canadian environment because the weather is here totally different from their home country. The purpose of this report is to reduce the incidence cases of the seasonal affective disorder among international students and to find out the causes and reasons behind the seasonal affective disorder. Furthermore, this disorder also affects their study, they are not able to get good marks in their course. The various methods are used to treat this disorder like light therapy, psychotherapy, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle modifications. By taking proper diet and doing exercise. The awareness among students should be created so that they have some ideas and thought related to this disorder. Proper health education should be given to international students through seminars and conferences organized on the school level so that the prevalence rate of sad should decrease.

Some causes of sadness are disrupted body clock, low serotonin level, high melatonin level, other possible triggers. These kinds of disorders occur mostly in winters rather than summers. Many individuals suffer from this disorder however the individual that falls in the range of 15 to 22 suffers the most. It has certain bad effects on the body and brain.
