1, As i am working in emergency department we receive lot of patients with emergency conditions in a daily routine. when we see the patient with sudden cardiac arrest as a nurse we act immediately by calling resuscitation team, staring CRP and admsintering oxygen and life saving drugs. defibrillator attempted as soon as possible to get back circulation and cardiac function. it should be done as a iniaital routine to save the patient life.
2, To look at our future we need higher education from the level now to provide high-quality care. To obtain MSN within 5 years from RN to BSN as the main goal. I want to become a clinical nurse specialist within 5 years. overall I have the best desire to become a good nurse. want to develop my nursing skills by learning.
3, providence reflects our quality, innovation, and compassion to do the job. To provide outstanding care we have to engage in professional development by advancing the profession to improve the health of the patient with certain strategy followup like with the interdisciplinary care team to patient quality nursing care, protecting vulnerable patients to avoid risk. making an early warning system to act rapidly when the patient is in an emergency situation. I am interested in this position and your organization due to excellence, empower innovation for professional practice by education, research, evidence-based practice, a technology that shows higher standards in clinical practice. it will be useful for my professional development.
4, my worst patient experience when receiving outpatient with poor experience due to high medical cost they lack with insurance coverage that makes patient for completely out of pocket experience otherwise without proper treatment services that make their health in poor health status.
5, As a nurse best compassion that I will show to the patient by understanding their needs and thoughts. I will be as an active listener using nonverbal communication to the patient when they are sick, stress, and with various health issues or complaints. showing empathy and compassion by nonverbal communication show professional behavior and provide the wellbeing of the patient and provide solutions for their needs.
