The term “backup is often used in computing to talk about making copies of data files so that they can be replaced in case of loss. But in this case of business it is not just being able to replace data that should concern managers. Explain how a business backup plan needs to be much more comprehensive.

Data are raw information , which are historical in nature and it need to be arranged in systematic way which the perpose and objective .

On arrangement with the objective these data becomes the information for the analysis and decision .

Managers are the people who occupies the top level and intermediate level of the firm and company who are concerned about the administration and management of the firm these after thet too need to keep the back up of the information , plan , stategy so that in cae of lose of such data they can get it back , but how ever a raw data cannot be useful as back up as it dont not reveal any logical and technical aspect which help in managemet , making it difficult for the manager to retain the back up .

There by only the well structured information and management stategy , plan can be backed up with continous upgradation . Which can be helpful in the lose of the information . These systematic information can be analysed with the various measurement tools and based on the result necessary decision can be taken by the management for the administration and control. Actual activity can be compared with the standard and the cause of deviation can be estimated with the measurement tools .
