These days, need to maintain some minimum security and safety for every organisation. All the profit we earn just scrap without taking measures to prevent theft and wastage. whoever take some steps to control wastage or theft, definitely they were succeeded.

When we suspect our employees don't be rude to them. If an employee doing like that it means he does not feel it is his business too. When an employee feels it's his own business, he is always trying his best towards developing the organisation or business.  

Add Surveillance Equipment:

When you fixed Surveillance Equipment employees will notice it and they don't even try to attempt theft. Fix additional camera in the kitchen.

accurate database:

Without Accurate data, we can able to find the theft immediately. keep all the inventory data in a real-time monitoring way. When we have data, we have right to Question Our employees.

Use mobile app

Keep all the inventory yourself or assign somebody to maintain, By creating app interface taking order from the employees who are in the restaurant given according to order.
