A grocery shop near my house is a retail shop (because it creates direct connections between the consumers and products), where consumers used to purchase goods and pay cash. There are so many goods in the shop like, edible oil, soybean, milk, biscuit, detergent powder, etc. The shop offers discount facility (at 10% rate) on any purchase over and above $500; it means if anyone purchases goods for $600, he/she will get discount of ($600 × 10% =) $60; therefore, the consumer has to pay only ($600 - $60 =) $540.
In a recent experience I purchased goods from there costing $980. Since my purchased amount is high, I asked them for an additional discount in excess of 10% rate. They considered it and gave me 15% discount; I paid them {$980 × (100% - 15%) =} $833. Therefore, the overall experience of retail purchasing is good for me.

I have purchased a laptop but it was not working smoothly. I contacted there customer care service immediately over phone. The person in charge asked the detail of my laptop like, invoice number, laptop number, warranty period, etc. After getting all this detail she lodged my complaint and gave me a complain number, so that if necessary I could contact them in future and get to know the status of such complain.
It was resolved within few days, since a serviceman came to my house and sorted out the problem
