digestion process occur in body through digestive tract the food moves and food gets smaller pieces through mastication and broken down by digestive enzymes,  this small pieces are used like nutrients for energy and repair. This small pieces absorbed by small intestine and and absorbed into blood stream these cause to maintain healthy nutrition of our body,and prevents deficiency of vitamin and mineral in the body.

Example :-

Glucose absorbed by small intestine and it releases into blood stream ,body can use immediate energy and stores on body to use later.

Realistic plan :-

* By maintainance healthy diet helps to prevent vitamin and mineral deficiency in the body.

* Maintaining good health also helps to eat healthy food.

* Cost of fruits and vegetables should be decrease so that everyone can take healthy food.

* Improve awareness about benefits of healthy diet and problems deficiency.

* Healthy diet should be available for everyone.

By following only this we can reduce deficiency disorders in all around the world.
