1.people try to lose weight by dieting and its more likely that most of them quit dieting in the middle ,then repeat the cycle again .They are more prone to put on weight than those who dont diet.As restrictive diets lead to binge eating when we return to our normal diets. It is advisable to follow a strict dietary regimine rather than dieting.

5 no,Unfortunately ,most attempts to reduce weight in obese persons by dietary advice remain unsucessful.
6. Both mentally and emotionally both have its own disadvsntage.
7.Obsessive Compulsive disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by obsessive ,disrupted thoughts and accompanying compulsive behaviors.OCD focus on good eating habits.People who are having OCD also have co-occuring eating disorder.Eating healthily and losing weight and the advice surrounding it is an obsession.Physically ,it can sometimes result in people lacking in essential nutrients to be found in forbidden food groups. The body then craves for these nutrients which result in diet-breaking binges.Mentally it result in the toxic idea that food can be the enemy.Everybody suffers due to this situation, especially those involved in the food industry who are continually fending of accusatuion that they are promoting unhealthy dietary habits when infact the problem is largely psychological.
