1 Chrohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease. It is also known as regional enteritis. In this disease there is inflammation of gastric tract which extends through all layers. The common parts affected are distal ilieum and colon

Right quadrant lower abdominal pain which is crampy in nature

Abdominal tenderness

Diarrhea

Weight loss due to malnutrition

Fever with leukocytosis due to inflammation.

The patient must be explained of the adverse effects which might have occurred if any reaction takes place between aloe Vera and allopathy medicines . The adverse reaction are so harmful that it can be fatal also. The patient must be advised not to take any over the counter medicine as it can be fatal by causing severe changes the biochemical properties of our body.
