project's success are Project shedule,Unit
Operability,Project Cost etc.
- Project cost is used to measure the Authorized project
Budget Vs. Actual project cost.
- Project shedule is used to measure the Authorizes
project shedule vs. Actual project duration.
- Unit operability refers to the operability goals of the
specified project for example startup costs,startup
duration,product yield,product quality etc.

- REDUCE WORK IN PROGRESS- For both external and
internal project, there are too many demands for resources.Too many
project at a particualr time causing suffer all projects so the
team members and project manger ensure that the people focus on
small numbers of task and project at a time which is increase the
efficiency of project.
- SHEDULE REGULAR MEETING-Communication with the
team members is the main important part for a project success. So
the project manager ensure that to shedule regular meeting with the
team members so that communication betwwen team members and project
manager is increases.
