Nursing process is a systematic process by which nurses plan and provide care for patients, the similarities and differences between nursing process and case management nursing process is to try to bridge the gaps in patients care as they move through the healthcare system and also making sure that patients needs are assessed and not just medical needs but also social needs for how the patients can cope with their medical condition. and case management usully refers to a model of assigning a perticulaar person a care manager to help make sure a patient gets the care they need it can involve lots of corodinating activities like making appointments and calling to check up on them but also often involves helping arrange for services or connectiong patients to community resources like finding a nursing home and getting the patient accepted to it .Autonomy it is the right of the person to have an opinion and make choices and take actions based on personal values and beliefsand nurses have an ethical responsibility to enable patients to exercise their autonomy whenever possible and also nurses respects the right to self determination and noninterference of others when making decisions about themselves, and in the right to self determination includes a right to refuse treatment consent,mutuality occurs when the client and the nurse together and by this the situation is described and agree on the direction and nature of change client wants to make explore the alternatives and work together to achieve mutually agreed on goals and essential elements are respect and sharing.all thses ethical in nursing will give more efficient health care.
