As such, a Net operating margin would reflect the company's profitability and its ability to make money.

2.) Employee Satisfaction Index - This falls under the perspective of Learning and growth. These are effective and efficient tools used to gauge and understand the employee perceptions, employees suggestions, etc. Hence, Employee satisfaction index would mostly be under the perspective of the Learning and growth.

3.) Market Share - This falls under the Financial section of the Balanced scorecard. Market share is the based on the performance of the company in relation to the competitors and would help a business to analyse its performance and operating results based on the market share the company is able to acquire.
