Health information technology standards, quality standards, price standards and incentives are four important things in value driven health policy.

Concern of the nurse stakeholder is correct and it is concerned to improve the quality of care given .The shortage of nurses are main reason which leads to a break in delivering appropriate care. The risk of complication and readmission of patients increase. Nurses are working without breaks, working 12-hour shifts and extra unpaid hours as there is shortage which leads to strain and depression . The nurses are the pillars of the hospitals.

Concerns of the employers are true .Value based care is the innovation that occurs to fix the basic problems leading to poor quality and outcomes within provider organization. Creation of more integrated data systems to improve communication between providers, the development of care management protocols that span care settings to improve transitions in care between the hospitals and ambulatory settings. An employer, deciding whether or not to offer health insurance requires a plan that takes into account a host of factors including employee preferences, wages, taxes, and regulations. The rising health care costs and sluggish earnings for middle income workers have led to a gradual, but steady decline in employer-sponsored insurance.
