Take a few minutes and reflect on an event that brought you sadness. Follow that with reflection on an event that brought you joy or happiness. How do the two emotions feel? Describe your feelings and describe how your body felt while you were remembering the two events. Could you feel a difference, physically and emotionally?
Emotions, often called feelings, include experiences such as love, hate, anger, trust, joy, panic, fear, and grief.We need all of our emotions for thinking, problem solving, and focused attention.
sad event can be death of a loved one or getting divorced. sad events disrupts your emotinal health and leads to sadness ,stress, anxiety or depressed. mind and body connection is valid during emotions. when you feel sad or anxious your body also reflects some changes like high BP, heart rate, breathing etc. your body react to the way you think and feel. many of you body illness can be due to your emotional feelings or problems in your personal life.
happy event can be marrriage or having a child . happy events make you happy, exccited , energetic and cheerful. happy events can also create stress sometiems which cause changes in you body physically and emotionally. happy emotions is reflect in your body through hugs, kiss, changes in heart rate , breathing , facial expressionsetc.
mainting a mind - body balance is very important for a healthy life . any sort of emotions it have a direct influence on diff parts of our body. every events in our life make some physical and emotional changes in our body.
