While he was in Asia he took the opportunity to seek projects that involved film making and large production. These above motivated factors helped to create ideas and plan to support his dreams, students, cost after production and more. He saw his opportunities to make his dreams come true for himself and others. Not only did they benefit the studio but also projects were the beginning of a greater development |

Although these three are all art and creative companies they differ in employee gratification within their companies. |
In the Orpheus Company their performance time is the main drive to work. The musicians practice and come together as a group to make a creative showbut the process in getting to that moment is what makes the work hard and unfortunate. The biggest difference between Orpheus between the Gleissner companies is the employee satisfaction with their job. The Bigfoot Studios and IAFT are companies that are more everybody hands on in the part of a production. All members learn to do every part of the project to collaborate and learn about the industry. Gleissner believes in like-minded young and creative entrepreneurship. He believed in helping become the next international production and film director. |
