Expert Solution

Transactional relationship used by the employees was just for the same of task. These typenod relationship are formed only because of certain projects or task and when that task is complete relationship also ends.

On the other hand collaborative relationship is a much effective one. Employees maintained a strong relationship with each other under this category. Their relationship was not based on the completion of a project, rather it was based on mutual understanding.

Transactional relationship was not effective as their was no personal touch in it ans people only communicated with each other just because of the project. After completion of the project there was no relationship among the employees.

Collaborative relationship was effective because in this employees made cordial relationship with each other out of their own will. They understood each other and discussed every project togerthy. Even after completion of the task, theri relationship didn't end and they continued to build peaches and harmony with each other.

In my opinion, collaborative relationship will be an effective tool for relationship development. Under this employees shared their feelings, emotions, and project strategies with each other. They built a cordial relationship with each other and created mutual understanding. Hence, of a manager wants his employees to cooperate with each other and work with peache and harmony without any conflicts, he should adopt collaborative type of relationship management.
