Quality plan is a comprehensive detailed framework of a work plan made for a health care organisation to identify and also to establish good quality improvement activities.

The purpose of a quality plan is to

  • Develop new techniques in improving quality care to patients
  • Define the roles and responsibilities of each plan focussing on quality improvement
  • Monitor the quality of services provided in the organisation
