How might country's educational and political system affect the effectiveness of redesigning work as a motivational tool?
Education and Political Systems, both are two important factors which is more important for a country to carry out its systems.
Redesigning work , in simple words we can say that it is the process of placing the right person at the right position.
Educational and political systems actually interfere a lot in redesigning of work..
When the educational system of the country is hesistant to educate the talented ones, the political systems interferes by trying to keep up the politician's intrests.
This makes placing the right person at the right position some what impossible.
Simply looking at a country's education system, for eg we will take INDIA.
What happens in India is very strange. First of all, the reservation system.
India even being a developin country, but is still underdeveloped in shortlisting the candidates in terms of education.
Almost 60% of the indian education system is covered by reservation.
Reservation based on caste, reservation based on financial status etc. In such coditions, mostly the real talented ones will not be having their chances for better education.
Also The politcal systems always inteferes in each and evrery work system which makes redesiging very difficult.
