Nowadays it is very common that people are gaining weight due to lack of healthy diet, they are too busy to takecare of themselves, and as aresult poor health and many diseases occurs. One must give more preference to their health because " health is wealth". It is better to cook food and eat at homes rather than going out for lunch and dinner, but in case sometimes it is not possible to have food at home, one must order or eat better food at resturants also. At resturantsthey should avoid junk food and it is better to have chicken soup, veg soup etc, along with the grilled chicken, or barbique stuff, as these things will provide nutrients, mainly protien. They should avoid red meat as they are not good for heart. They can go for some lemon juice or nay kind of juice rather than having mocktails or soft drinks. The low fat and calorie diet can be obtained by following some of the foods such as:A variety of vegetables from all of the subgroups—dark green, red and orange, legumes (beans and peas), starchy, and other fruits, especially whole fruits, grains, at least half of which are whole grains, fat-free or low-fat dairy, including milk, yogurt, cheese, and/or fortified soy beverages. A variety of protein foods, including seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, legumes (beans and peas), and nuts, seeds, and soy products.

Many resturants provide healthy and good diet foods which are good for health, such as LYFE KITCHEN, VEGGIE GRILLS, JUST SALAD etc are some of the resturants.
