1) Substance abuse states that uses substances recurrently that impairs health in a broad sense .The psychological and drug related factors which contribute to substance abuse as follows:

Psychological factors:

a.General rebelliousness

b Sense of inferiority

c Poor impluse control

d Low self esteem

e Pleasure-seeking

f Loneliness

Drug related factors:

a Alcohol

b Opioids

c Cannabis

d Cocaine

e Nicotine

f Other stimulants: eg caffeine

2) Physical dependance: It is a biological need for alcohol to avoid physical withdrawal symptoms;when the person consume drugs overa long time and sudden stopping of the drugs cause some unusal withdrawal symptoms for instance :nausea ,diarrhea,vomtting and so on.Diffcult to carry normal functions.It can cause physical changes in brain.

Psychological dependance:It refers to craving for the subsjective effect of alcohol; when a person consume drugs continously they may experienced psychoactive effects which has negative effects persons both mentally and emotionally.. It is also known as addiction.It can cause some social aswellas interpersonal problems. Examples of psychological dependance is :Depression,irritability,isolation and so on

3) Tolerance develops in which after repeated administration , a drug produces a decreased effect, or inceasing doses are required to produce the same effect.
