The vision of CVS health is that "we strive to improve the quality of life". This is the vision statement. From this statement, we can learn that they want to improve the quality of life of every person by providing various services includes high-quality care or public health, provision of pharmacy services at affordable, easy to access in the community, home, in the palm of the hand.

His style of leading and managing the services are base on consumer-centric health care. He makes the company serve by keeping first priority to the consumer benefits only. The services are provided at the community level, home with affordable prices, safe pharmacy services.

The CEO of this company is following traditional approach of leadership style. In the traditional behavioral approach are adopted.
