Congress has the legislative powers to enact the laws in the interest of the nation. Congress consists of two chambers which are called the Senate and the House of Representatives. The elected legal representatives work in the congress and debate on the new legal developments.

Congress is entrusted with the responsibility of working towards the betterment of the nation. All the decisions are taken keeping in mind the welfare of the country.

Commander in chief of the armed forces is the president. He is also heads the branch of executive of government.

President is the person who is face of the nation. All the crucial decisions regarding various matters of the nation are to be taken by him. It is obvious that whatever a president does is in the best interest of America. This is both his duty and responsibility.

Supreme Court has the judicial power with which it interprets the law and determines the intention of creating the law. The interpreting power of the Supreme Court is very important because often Supreme Court’s judgment becomes the law itself.

Supreme Court judgments are just and aim at providing justice to the people. Supreme Court is the highest court of justice. People who are unable to get justice in lower courts can appeal to Supreme Court. Supreme Court takes decisions which are in the best interest of the nation.
