According to nursing professionals the institutionalization of safety culture has been challended by some factors including lack of creativity, inadequate professional and moral competence, lack of ability in judgment and clinical decision making lack of knowledge and ability in care management. considering the importance of the roles of nurses with regard to patient safety their knowledge and experiences of the challenges that influence patient safety culture can facilitate the development and inmplimentation of better strategiees, the aim of this study was to explore the nurses expierience of challenges influencing the implementation and integration of safty culture in healthcare. world health organization (WHO) noted that due to the multidimensional nature of safety culture a better understantding of the factors influencing the nature, a better understanding of the the factors influencing the patiient safety culture and addressing the inyervention to improve patient safety are reserch priorities in developing contries and countries with transition economies.
