Answer: In the case of critical treatment, the physician or the healthcare professionals need to determine the choices to provide treatment to the patient along with the healthcare cost. It is a kind of ethical dilemma that a healthcare professionals suffers. There are not enough funding in the healthcare organizations that they can provide free of cost treatment to all kind of patient. But it is important to follow the principle "rule of rescue".

Although the healthcare professionals want to provide better care for the patient suffering from critical condition, the expenses increases as the treatment gets improved. Hence, cost can not be denied while providing life saving treatment.

But this doesn't mean that the healthcare organizations should completely follow the healthcare cost rules. The healthcare organizations can choose individual patients and their critical condition. Some of the patient can be easily provided treatment free of cost. Hence some of the fee could be waive off as this will reduce the strict burden on the patient. The major priority of the physician or the health care organizations should be the life of the patient.
