  1. Affordable care act previously it is known as the Patient Protection and affordable care act and it is also called as Obamacare. The basic purpose of this act is to provide the health care services to the citizens and here the Healthcare cost reduced and equality Assurance is improved.

This act is not formulated any previous system of the medicare system but it provides a systematic arrangement and the applicability of healthcare system in the country the main purpose is to provide proper health care to all the citizens it's not all about but it is all about to provide medical facility and what type of medical facilities must be in the reach of a common person and this is the prime objective of this at that right is called as the Obamacare.

  1. Everything has some pros and cons therefore the affordable care act also carries some basic pros which are as follows:

  • The good patient service

  • Emergency services at the doorstep.

  • The process of hospitalization is simplified.

  • Priority is given to the Maternity care and Infant care system.

  • It provides various subsidiaries medical facilities.

Some of the major cons are as follows:

  • The premium sometimes is very high that the majority of the people are not able to afford it.

  • There is a condition of fine if you are not insured.

  • Some medical treatments are very expensive and it is beyond the control of the common citizen.

  • The amendment policies of this act are difficult.

We develop that opinion by very fine various reports issued by the different medical organisations and authorities, therefore, it is the possibility of existence in a positive manner which can justify various insurance regulations and the individual medical policies but all policies and not providing the maximum medical benefits therefore after analysing every medical policy and the benefits it is important to justify various medical points which can be possibly implemented to develop the opinion for the affordable care act.

Yes, the prime purpose of this law to provide accessible medical facilities to more citizen in the country because health care system is the primary thing and a prime necessity for every people and it is the responsibility of the government to provide the proper medical facilities at an affordable rate to all the citizens of the country, therefore,e the law regarding medical facilities is very important in the country.

  3. The implication of this law is as follows:

  • The implication is to assure the quality of Medical Services to the citizen.

  • It is appreciated by the people.

  • It is a high quality based service the field of medical treatment to the common citizen.

  • It improved the health condition of the people.

  • It is helpful in the removal of the irregularities in the medical system.
