Even in smaller organisation there are various departments,a company creates various departments to acheive it's organisational goals such departments like ( finance ,H.R. ,marketing ,production,sales etc) each departments are responsible to carryout their authorised responsibilities to achieve the overall organisational goal. For that each departments implements or introduce their own departmental business plan. For example the organisation allotts a particular amount of money to the finance department to carry out entire financial activities of particular time.here comes the role of department business plan,where the finance department implement strategies and plans to carry out according to the company's objectives.
  
Public policy are the policies or rules which have focus to solve the problems of society relate to healthcare,education or organisational basis etc...
It's mainly formulated to the objectives and police's to the safety and security of public.
