Question::::The weight of the suspended lead does not hang along a line heading towards the center of the Earth due to the rotation of the Earth

* The centrifugal force will cause the lead to be swung outwards through a small angle.

* The earth rotates from West to East.

* As the earth is rotating , Because of the centrifugal force the weight of the suspended lead does not hang along a line heading towards the center of the Earth but swung outwards with a small angle.

* The gravitational force is present between lead body and earth.

* The effect of this gravitational force is weakened or reduced by the centrifugal force.

* As the lead body is swinging outward with a small angle , the accelaration due to gravity ' g ' acting on lead body also deflects from its original position with some angle.

We need to consider geff  instead of g while doing mathematical part.

* The deflection angle of acceleration due to gravity is calculated by taking the ratio of horizontal and vertical components of the centrifugal force.

* Therefore, if buildings were built according to this concept they would be tilted by ∼ 1.7milliradians
