Why is it important for local governments, non-profits, and the private sector to collaborate on addressing complex community problems?

in order to Address complex community problems, local governments, non profit organization and private sector come close to work upon. these community problems are not an easy to deal with individual level. all sectors come close with their resources to provide solution to these problems. for example current pandemic is complex community problem that can not be dealt with individual level, only government can not solve this trying time problems. we need cooperation from all over the sectors as they provide different kind of facilities, amenities, to community. local government can organize resources easily, but their proper channelization is only possible through private sectors. apart from this non profits organize provide their volunteer assistant to people to overcome this situation. During this time local government, private sector and non profit organization opened their resources to provide benefits to community. in order to provide food, shelter, medical facilities participation from all sector is needed. even private sector provide fund facilities to local government to support the community problems so we can say that collaboration is need on account of local government, non profit organization and private sectors.
