Person must aim at negative energy balance.
Energy balance is the relationship between energy in i.e.food taken in side and energy out i.e. calories being used in the body for our daily needs. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. It is been only transferred between.
Negative energy balance can lead to a decline in metabolism, bone mass, hormone deficiency inability to concentrate, and a reduction in physical performance. Negative energy balance does lead to weight loss. The body detects an energy deficit and fat reserves are used to make up the difference. The body just knows it isn’t getting enough energy, so it will begin to slow down.
To loose weight, there are many programs and excercises available in the market. But, the foundation of successful weight loss remains same. i.e. a healthy, calorie-controlled diet combined with increased physical activity.
Long-term weight loss takes time and effort. It takes a lot of mental and physical energy to change habits. Plan accordingly and efface other issues in life like financial problems or relationship conflicts.
